Experience that connects the field to the big picture.
Rick Burkette has led construction teams and complex projects throughout Nevada, progressing from superintendent and project manager to regional construction executive. In leadership roles with local and regional developer-general contractors, he helped deliver more than 500 multifamily units and over $100 million in general contracting services across Northern Nevada since 2021.
His background spans ground-up multifamily construction, multifamily rehabilitation, workforce and affordable housing, custom residential work, commercial interiors, and development oversight.
BDG brings that depth to every assignment—combining hands-on construction judgment with disciplined planning, clear communication, and respect for the owner’s capital.
